*: As unusual as it may be, I like to write letters to Lily; Letters about our time together in the present moment, letters about the future, letters about what she means to you and me. As she gets older, I want her to be able to look back and know what her life was like even if she doesn't remember. If you would like to submit a similar type of letter, a bible verse, or a blessing for her future, it will be included in her memory box.

I think the letter idea is wonderful. I have a book for each of my kids that I write them letters periodically, about things they are doing and my wishes for them. I hope to give it to them someday and I know if anything (God Forbid) ever happens to me, they will a piece of me forever, in my own words about them. I think it is such a great momento for your child!
